About Katie
My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should support life, not sit apart from it.
Like many of the people I teach, I balance work, family and the responsibilities of everyday life. Through yoga, breathwork and mindful practices, I share simple tools that help create more steadiness, awareness and ease within the life you already have.
I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing study in breathwork, mindfulness, psychology, nutrition, Ayurveda and nervous system regulation.
